Spent Christmas in this hotel and it was amazing! the location was perfect, right in the middle of two stunning beaches and close to a beautiful cave. the wifi worked well, which was unexpected given the remote location. loved the fact that the staff provided us with fresh towels and linens regularly.
Sadly, the chalet we booked turned out to be owned by a different person and lacked some basic amenities. There wasn't enough cutlery or plates for four people, and we had to purchase some cleaning products even though they were advertised as part of the rental.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location was perfect, nestled between two beautiful beaches and just a stone's throw away from the cave. We loved being able to easily access both the pier and encantadas beach.

Great location close to the beach and with easy access to nearby attractions. The view was stunning, and we enjoyed sitting outside and taking it all in. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the amenities provided were well-maintained and clean.
The noise level. We had some noisy neighbors next door who played music at all hours, which was disruptive and made it hard to relax.

The location of the accommodation is absolutely perfect. It is situated near the beautiful Encantadas Beach and is conveniently located between two other stunning beaches. it is close to the famous cave, which makes exploring the island so much easier. the room itself is cozy and comfortable, providing a great place to unwind after a day of adventure. the bathroom is clean and well-maintained. the service we received from the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast offered a variety of options, catering to different dietary preferences. the facilities were satisfactory and added to our pleasant stay.
It is important to note that there were some issues with noise levels from neighboring accommodations.
